Jordan Birdsong, CPA

Jordan is a native of Appling, GA where he graduated from Harlem High School. He went on to Augusta University and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. While attending Augusta University, Jordan was recognized with the Hull College of Business’ Academic Excellence in Accounting award and interned with both John Deere and SME CPAs. Immediately after his internship in 2020, he started as a full-time staff accountant and is currently a Senior on the SME CPAs’ tax team. He is a graduate of the Columbia County Young Men on the Move Class of 2022. In 2023, he passed his final CPA exam and currently serves as an officer for the Augusta Chapter of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the treasurer for the Young Professionals of Augusta. Jordan attends Kiokee Baptist Church in Appling and enjoys giving back to the community both at work and in his free time.
