Wanda F. Scott, CPA

Wanda Fordham Scott is from Dublin, GA and currently resides in Aiken, SC.  She attended Georgia Southern University where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting.  Wanda went on to work for a CPA firm in Valdosta, GA and later as a Partner with a regional accounting firm earning her CPA designation along the way.  She opened her own firm in 2004 and merged with SME CPAs in November 2015.  Wanda specializes in tax and estates & trusts.  She enjoys being a public accountant because it allows her to work with a variety of people.  She currently serves on the Board for the Aiken Center for the Arts and is a member of the South Carolina Association of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Favorite Quote:  Wanda could not pick just one quote but shared that she loves the song “I Hope You Dance” by Lee Ann Womack.  She feels it reminds us to experience all the joy the world has to offer and to live life to the fullest.
