Renee R. Reid, CPA

Renee R. Reid grew up in Alabama but Aiken, has been her home for over 35 years. Working for SME CPA in downtown Aiken, has increased her appreciation for the community, and she enjoys running into people she knows. Her accounting career has primarily been focused on individual and business taxation, but it has included non-profit accounting and QuickBooks training. The part of public accounting that Renee truly enjoys is helping each person who walks in the door.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in South Carolina and Georgia.  She has been married to fellow Auburn University graduate, Luke, for 40 years, and their daughter, Ashley, is a pharmacist in Columbia. Renee is a member of St. John’s UMC where she encourages missions.

Fun: Reading good books and traveling. Best location so far was Ireland!  Serving a community breakfast at church on Saturday mornings.
