April Lott

April is a native of Thomson, GA. She graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2012 where she earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy. After completing her degrees, April became a full-time accountant with a local accounting firm in Augusta, GA where she gained experience working in the tax and audit departments.

April joined SME CPAs in 2014 where she splits her talents between the tax and audit teams. April specializes in Fiduciary, Not-for-Profit, and Individual tax as well as Financial Statement Audits and ESPLOST.
