Regina Alexander, CPA

Prior to starting her employment with SME in August of 2018, Regina was an Accounting Manager for a global chemical manufacturer located in Augusta.

She brings 18 years of experience managing staff and processes within all accounting functions.

Regina is our Firm Administrator, she ensures that the office runs smoothly and all of our employees, clients and services are being handle correctly.

Regina received a bachelor of Business Administration from Augusta College, now known as Augusta University. With the support and encouragement of her family, she set her sights on the CPA certification, following a short tenure as a Middle School Math & Science teacher.

She is from the Augusta area and is married to Shannon and has two grown children, Drew (son) and Jamie (daughter).  Both children graduated from Augusta Prep where Drew met his wife, Jackie Howard, and Jamie met her husband, Michael Downing. Drew & Jackie have two beautiful children, Andi & Liam. Jamie and Michael are expecting their first child (daughter) in September.
