Laura Bompart Sprowls, CPA

Laura grew up in Augusta, Georgia and attended Augusta University.  She began her accounting career before earning her degree, working as an accounts receivable clerk for Southern Machine & Tool, Co.  She worked full-time while taking classes at Augusta University and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1988.  Laura earned her CPA certification in 1992 and joined Coursey and Associates Public Accounting Firm in 1996.  Coursey and Associates merged with Serotta Maddocks Evans, CPAs in September 2012.  Laura focuses on tax and accounting and enjoys helping clients resolve questions about their personal and business finances.

Family:  Frank, husband and Jacob Boland (Bosky Atlani), son

Fun:  Working jigsaw puzzles – the more pieces, the better and spending time with family, friends and her labs.  She also enjoys boating on the lake.

Laura enjoys this quote because she receives a much greater sense of satisfaction and pleasure when she has achieved a goal or reaped a reward because of her own hard work and dedication.
